Refund Policy

At Parker3D, we take pride in the quality of our 3D printed products and services. We want you to be completely happy with your order, and we’re here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Custom & Personalised Orders

Due to the bespoke nature of custom-made and personalised items, refunds and returns are not available unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Please double-check all order details (names, colours, and specifications) before confirming your order.

Non-Custom Items

For ready-made, non-personalised items, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. We may request photos of the issue and will offer a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 7 working days of an approved return or claim. Custom orders may only be refunded if a product fault occurs on our part.
