Parker3D is a small, independent business specialising in 3D printed custom items, wedding décor, gifts, toys, and accessories. All products are printed and finished in-house with care and attention to detail.

Orders & Custom Items

All custom orders are made to your specifications. Please double-check all spelling, colours, and details before confirming your order.
Custom orders may not be eligible for returns unless faulty, due to their personalised nature.
Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of ordering and may vary during busy periods or larger quantities ordered. We’ll always keep you updated if there’s a delay.

Payments

All payments must be made in full before production begins.
We accept secure payment via trusted third-party services (Square). Parker3D does not store payment details.

Shipping

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframe agreed at checkout or during your custom order consultation.
Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers or postal services are outside our control.

Returns & Refunds

Custom-made or personalised items are non-returnable unless faulty.
For any issues with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item.
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and content on this website are the property of Parker3D and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Some products or designs may be based on models covered under commercial licensing or available through Creative Commons licensing. Where applicable, these will be clearly credited, and we operate within the terms of those licenses. Purchased commercial files remain the intellectual property of the original designer unless stated otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

Parker3D will not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Product Use & Safety Notice

Parker3D designs and produces a variety of 3D printed items, including toys, gifts, and decorative pieces. We do not recommend any 3D printed items for children under 5 years old due to small parts and potential choking hazards.

All products should be used responsibly and under appropriate supervision. Customers are responsible for ensuring the suitability of products for their intended use.
